Tradition says a quality spirit should be sealed with a natural or natural-cork-based stopper. These recently improved closures ship with a proprietary coating that insulates the cork from the liquid, for a better seal and a better extraction. We generally recommend natural cork for spirits with color, and the special White Top series for clear spirits.
