ZTEC WB series cartridges use a pleated TECpore polyethersulfone (PES) membrane for critical filtration in beverage applications. They provide consistent removal of spoilage organisms and inorganic particulate, with excellent retention and long on-stream life, for clarifying wine, beer and bottled water.

Pad Filter Media
FILTROX FIBRAFIX depth filter sheets remove particles from liquids for clarifying, fine or sterile filtration. The liquid flows through a three-dimensional fiber network that holds solids by both mechanical and electrokinetic effects, for a high particle-holding capacity. Made from cleaned cellulose and natural filter aids.

Lenticular Filter Modules for Your Lenticular Housing
FILTROX FIBRADISC AF modules put the same FIBRAFIX AF depth sheets into a stacked-lens cartridge that drops into the closed lenticular filter housing you already own. You get sheet-filter results with no dripping plate-and-frame to set up, and a module change takes minutes. Choose coarse grades for clarifying, fine grades for polishing, or sterile grades ahead of the bottling line.
- Standard module, Plus 2 back-flushable module, or HT for high temperatures (to 110 °C continuous)
- 12" and 16" sizes, with flat (DOE) or plug-in double O-ring (DOR) adapters to match your housing
- Silicone gaskets standard; EPDM, FKM and NBR available
- Sterilize with hot water or chemically; rinse with 50 L per m² before use

Run up to 2.4 bar (35 psi) differential pressure, or 1.5 bar (21 psi) on sterile grades. Plus 2 modules can be back-flushed at up to 0.5 bar (7 psi). All the details are in the FIBRADISC AF technical data sheet.
