Power requirements: Waukesha centrifugal pumps run on 220V single phase, 230V three phase or 480V three phase. Each pump comes with 50' of power cord; you supply the plug. No three phase at your winery? Ask us about affordable phase converters.

Centrifugal pumps are loved by brewers and winemakers alike. Ours are genuine Waukesha, with anti-cavitation technology, on Carlsen stainless carts, with the same great service and support as everything else from Carlsen. They're popular with folks who love pumpovers and a lot of pump for the money. A centrifugal can be a gravity-flow winery's go-to pump, or a great second pump.
One thing to know: a centrifugal moves liquid, not solids. For must, pomace and feeding a press, you want a Waukesha-type Carlsen positive displacement pump.

| 2105/20 | About 450 gpm | 55+ psi (125') | 20 hp, 1750 rpm | 4" / 4" Tri-Clamp | Large pumpovers and transfers |
| 2105/25 | About 550 gpm | 50+ psi (115') | 25 hp, 1750 rpm | 4" / 4" Tri-Clamp | The biggest pumpovers and transfers |
Flow and pressure are Carlsen's ratings at the pump's design point. Like any centrifugal, each one moves more at lower pressure and less at higher pressure, and the variable speed drive lets you dial it in.

Pumping for a Tank Cleaner
The 2065/10 Washdown pump is the centrifugal built for tank cleaning: it makes real pressure (80+ psi at about 80 gpm), which is what a pump-driven, high-impact tank cleaning head needs. See the pump recommendations on our tank cleaning page.
