- A semi- educated guesser might arrive at the conclusion that a Twin Top (dual disc with agglomerate body) falls between a Natural cork and a Neutrocork on an Oxygen Transmission Rate (OTR) scale.
- An Amorim Neutrocork delivers a much lower OTR than a saranex lined screw cap; But much more than a saran tin screw cap. This may be due to its 80% natural cork composition? The initial percentage of air in its body may account for the noticeable difference in the first year.
- The "3", "5", and "10" on the Diam are very similar in performance. I'm not sure how willing Diam would be to explain to an Amorim Agent what exactly is different on those three closures?
- It looks like we sell a VERY effective, 80% natural, microagglomerate closure at a very attractive price.
