Amorim never ceases to amaze me. For oh, I dunno- the entire time I have known anyone who distills anything, I "knew" that distillers avoided cork on their clear spirits to avoid discoloration. Well, add that idea to the busted myth list because we now have White Top corks just for custom bartops which are headed to a bottle of clear alcohol. Go figure.
