Model ESL, built 2005
This Destemmer was used successfully to de-stem and sort fruit at Blackstock Winery from 2005 to 2012, and again in 2015. We have increased our capacity significantly and so are upgrading our equipment.
The machine has an incline conveyer belt (pink) which moves the clusters up and under 2 double sets of rubber fingers which remove the berries from the clusters. The operating principle is that the riper fruit falls off more easily and falls off first, where it rolls down a chute into a bin, or on to a sorting table. The less ripe fruit will go down a separate chute into a different bin. The speed of the conveyer and the two sets of rollers all have independent speed control. Also the roller sets have independent height adjustment. Each chute can deposit right or left or both together. The clean stems continue on to fall off the end of the incline into a bin.
3 phase 208 power with a frequency drive,
spare parts included.
