Why no Capsules?
Formerly the exclusive eastern agent for Ramondin USA, we are not happy to announce that we no longer carry capsules. Our relationship with Ramondin was involuntarily terminated as a casualty of their global economic experience.
We have not, as yet been able to source capsules from another manufacturer with the same sense of customer care that we display in our day- to -day business. We are not quick- buck artists and we flat refuse to carry product from winery equipment manufacturers that do not measure up to the likes of Carlsen & Associates, Custom Metalcraft, Amorim, Tonnellerie Radoux, and Western Square. Therefore, we will refrain from dilluting the quality of service that you are accustomed to through us by not offering capsules.
