Dust- off, computer duster, any compressed air in a can used to clean electronics is a potentially dangerous substance. Kids will always experiment and this stuff is just one thing they will try. Inhaling these dusters will make the kids suffocate while they think it's a buzz. They can die from this stuff. Hide it. Don't buy it. Warn them about it. And implore your retailer to lock it up in the store.
